1983-1993: Promotion of Partnership firm(SSI Unit) to a Private Ltd Company
- Three young dynamic pioneering entrepreneurs with a great vision started manufacturing an import substitute Automatic Form Film Machine, originally manufactured and imported from Prepack, France. Embracing the local talent and indigenous resources they could produce a high standard AFFS packing machines using Pneumatic technology. The factory was located at Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, Industrial estate at Hyderabad.
- Sri K. V. Chalapathi Rao, M.sc(Electronics) with his high academic qualification and experience in the same field of AFFS machinery, ventured and promoted along with his team Vijaipac enterprises a Small scale Industry at Hyderabad.
- In the year 1986 another Management expert with rich research credentials in Management Dr. A. G. Prasad also joined to steady the ship further.
- Subsequently in the year 1987 they scaled Vijaipac enterprises a partnership firm to RMC Pacakaging Systems Pvt Ltd at Hyderabad.
1993-2003: Abandoning Pneumatic AFFS Machines and Developed Mechanical AFFS Machines through R&D
- After gaining adequate experience in the same field, the organization had invested huge amounts of time and money in Research and Development headed by a diary technology expert Mr.P.J. Kamalan. This innovative technology had been developed i.e.., Manufacturing Mechanical Automatic Form Fill Seal Machines in the place of obsolete high power consuming Pneumatic technology. This technology was highly appreciated by the industry and was rightfully rewarded by the customers which had overcome the drawbacks of Pneumatic technology. We are proud to inform to the larger society that most of the Diaries in India encouraged us by embracing this technology in the form of replacing their existing Pneumatic AFFS machines imported from France (Prepac Machines, France) and also machines manufactured by other players in India.
2003-2013: The Golden Era: Innovating 5 Ltr AFFS Machines, High Speed Machines and Automatic Rotary Curd Cup Filling Machines
- This decade is the golden era for the organization; the organization had probed thoroughly into the requirements of the Indian Diary industry and realized the need for 5 Litre Mechanical AFFS Machines developed successfully by the expert Mr P.J. Kamalan which was first of its kind in the Indian Diary context.
- Subsequently the organization had realized that there was an urgent need for High speed AFFS Mechanical packing machines for Milk, Ghee and Oil. The customers have been appreciating this innovative technology and encouraged us. By this time our customer base has been increased many a fold and also reached Oil Packing Industry.
- In addition to all these we have developed Automatic Rotary Curd Cup filling machines, this time also the credit goes to the Organization and the R&D had been undertaken by Mr. P.J.Kamalan.
